We had an exceptional stay at a budget hotel in Cat Ba. We paid a mere £11 for a double room on the 7th floor with a stunning view of the sea. The room was clean, tidy, and had efficient heating to combat the cold weather. The hotel staff were helpful and arranged our bus to Ninh Binh, while also providing us with a map of the area. They even had a café downstairs where we enjoyed breakfast. We were thoroughly satisfied with our experience and would choose this hotel again in the future.
